President Donald Trump has launched yet another scathing attack on New York mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani. Trump labeled Mamdani a “communist,” asserting that such individuals will not be tolerated in this country. Trump claimed Mamdani is not just a socialist, but a "communist," and has reportedly made offensive remarks against the Jewish community.
In his statement, President Trump declared, "This is something for which this nation is unprepared—and will never be prepared." He called Zohran Mamdani a "communist maniac," pledging to protect New York from such leaders and make it "hot" and "great" again, akin to how he revived America.

Trump Threatens Mamdani with Arrest
Trump previously warned that if Zohran Mamdani interferes with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), "we'll have to arrest him." Trump stated unequivocally, "We don't need communists in this country." Regarding Mamdani's opposition to ICE, Trump said, "I will keep a very watchful eye on him for the sake of the nation."
Mamdani's Counterattack on Trump's Statements
Following Trump's remarks, Zohran Mamdani responded strongly, asserting that he is not intimidated by the president's threats. He stated, "The President of the United States has threatened to arrest me, strip me of my citizenship, and deport me — simply because I am against ICE's spreading fear in our city."
