A new video concerning the alleged assault on Rajya Sabha member Swati Maliwal at the Chief Minister's residence has surfaced. According to AAP sources, this footage is from the CM's house dated May 13th. The CCTV captured shows Maliwal briskly exiting the CM's residence, being escorted by a female security guard. Three additional guards are also visible during this time.
As soon as Maliwal reaches the street outside, she shakes off the hand of the security guard. Two police officers can be seen nearby and Maliwal appears to gesture towards the CM's abode while speaking to them. However, the authenticity of this video has not been verified by 'Aaj Tak.' Maliwal alleges that people have been tampering with the home's CCTV footage.

An earlier video surfaced on Friday where Maliwal was seen agitated inside the CM's residence. She was seen seated indoors with staff urging her to leave. In that moment, her anger was directed towards Vibhav. She asserted, 'I will expose all of you today. Do what you want, I will take your jobs... Connect me with my DCP right now. First, I'll talk to SHO Civil Lines. Everything will go down right here. Lay a finger on me, and I'll have your jobs.'
Employees present were seen requesting Maliwal to step outside, to which she responded by calling the police helpline, insisting to deal with matters only once the police arrive. A staff member remarks that the police would arrive at the outside not within, but Maliwal insists that the confrontation will happen inside. As the employees continue to persuade her to leave, she provokes, 'Throw me out then... you throw me out... this bald...'
The police have since recorded statements from witnesses present during the incident on May 13th. Prior to arresting the accused Vibhav, they are gathering evidence against him. Police are also keeping a watch on his whereabouts.
For context, the police extensively investigated inside Kejriwal's residence last night. They recreated the crime scene and conducted videography. The FSL team also visited the location yesterday. Sources indicate that the CCTV footage from the CM’s camp office and the entry gate were obtained on a pen drive. Meanwhile, Kejriwal's PA Vibhav Kumar has also filed a complaint against Maliwal for forcibly entering the CM's residence and misbehaving with the security guard. According to his complaint, Maliwal had pushed the security guard.
