On June 26, former BJP MLA from Dumariyaganj alleged extortion at the mausoleum and called for the chanting of Hanuman Chalisa. Consequently, the administration halted the fair and the offering of sheets at the mausoleum. An order to remove the illegal possession was issued, but no action was taken.

This morning around 5 AM, several police stations' officers and administrative officials arrived with multiple bulldozers and commenced the demolition process. The police blocked routes to the mausoleum from about a kilometer away to prevent people from reaching the site.

DM Siddharthnagar, Dr. Raja Ganapathi R, stated that the issue occurred in Chaukda village, Dumariyaganj tehsil, where a 105-year-old mausoleum was situated on grazing land. Due to previous disputes, Section 144 was invoked. Subsequently, due to the land being classified as grazing land, the tehsildar initiated action under Section 67.

After this action, orders were passed, yet the land remained under possession. Thus, at 5:00 AM today, PAC and police forces arrived at the site and cleared the land using force. There are no law and order issues, and the situation is stable. No protest or confrontation occurred. Within a few hours, the mausoleum was completely demolished.
