Raj Kundra Statement:
Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty's husband and businessman Raj Kundra faces a daunting challenge yet again. On Friday, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) carried out raids at Kundra's home and office regarding the pornography network case. Following the ED's operation, Raj Kundra has broken his silence, expressing displeasure over dragging his wife, Shilpa Shetty, into the affair. What does Raj Kundra have to say about the ED’s raids?
Raj Kundra Speaks in Support of His Wife
In the money laundering case involving Raj Kundra, his wife Shilpa Shetty's name is being brought up. In light of this, Raj has spoken out in support of his wife, appealing in his statement that Shilpa Shetty should not be involved in this entire matter.
Raj Kundra took to his Instagram handle to share a story, stating - The media excels at dramatization; let’s bring the truth to light. I have been fully cooperating with the ongoing investigation for the past four years. As far as allegations concerning 'associates', 'pornography', and 'money laundering' are concerned, all we will say is that sensationalism cannot hide the truth. In the end, justice will triumph.
Further appealing, Raj Kundra wrote - There is no need to repeatedly drag my wife’s name into unrelated matters. Please respect boundaries.

Shilpa Shetty Has No Connection to the Case - Lawyer
Shilpa Shetty's lawyer, Prashant Patil, has also issued a statement in this case. He said - There are reports in the media that the Enforcement Directorate has raided my client Shilpa Shetty Kundra. These reports are not true. They are completely misleading. There has been no ED raid on Shilpa Shetty, as she has no connection whatsoever to any criminal activity.
Furthermore, Shilpa Shetty's lawyer appealed to electronic and print media, requesting them to refrain from using Shilpa Shetty's video, photo, and name, as she has no involvement in this matter.
What Is the Entire Case About?
It should be noted that Raj Kundra was arrested in June 2021 for allegedly making 'adult' films. Mumbai police officers claimed that Kundra was the main conspirator in the case. After spending two months in jail, he is currently out on bail since September 2021.
