The riveting test match continues in Dharamshala. Today marks the second day's play. England was all out for 218 runs on day one. Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill are currently steadying the Indian innings. By lunch, India impressively tallied up a score of 264 for the loss of 1 wicket.

India's batting prowess was on full display as they lose only one wicket, with Yashasvi Jaiswal being dismissed for 57 by Shoaib Bashir. Rohit Sharma notched up his 12th test century off 154 balls followed by Shubman Gill marking his fourth test century on 137 deliveries

. England were contained at just 218 runs.

The toss favored England with captain Ben Stokes choosing to bat. England was quickly all out within 57.4 overs.
