He has made it clear that no party leader or worker should don a green scarf during this tour. As an alternative, Tejashwi advised the party leaders and workers to wear green caps and badges instead. The traditional waving of scarves has been prohibited.

The RJD Bihar President Jagdanand Singh has outlined a 9-point guideline tailored specifically for Tejashwi's tour. The first phase of Tejashwi's journey will commence on September 10 and continue till September 17. During these eight days, he will visit district headquarters in Samastipur, Darbhanga, Madhubani, and Muzaffarpur. Workers have been strictly advised against gathering crowds and conducting road shows or public rallies.
