Jio and Airtel have raised the prices of their recharge plans, making the subscription to mobile services more expensive. The price hike affects plans by up to ₹600. These new rates will come into effect starting 3rd July. However, the entire portfolio of plans has been updated, not just one or two
Consumers now face the challenge of dealing with costlier recharge plans. Both Jio and Airtel have increased the costs for prepaid and postpaid plans. Still, prepaid users have a unique opportunity before the 3rd of July.
If you are looking to maintain your service cost-effectively, consider recharging in advance. That is, you can recharge with a new plan even before your current one expires. Many wonder if in this case, they will still benefit from the full validity of the plan.

If you prefer, you can still activate your connections for an extended period using the old recharge prices by opting for the companies' long-term plans.
Jio's monthly plan will start at ₹189, which was previously available for ₹155. This plan comes with a validity of 28 days. You can purchase it for ₹155 until 2nd July. Similarly, the annual plan has gone up from ₹2999 to ₹3599. This too can be secured at the old price until 2nd July, after which it will only be available at the new price.
