Leaders Shivpal Yadav and Akhilesh Yadav have targeted CM Yogi's statement. Shivpal reposted a video of CM Yogi, adding, 'Honorable Chief Minister, after Lord Satyanarayana’s story, sacred offerings are distributed, not digestives. Calling the holy offering a digestive disrespects the faith of millions.'

Shivpal Yadav shared a video on social platform X featuring Chief Minister Yogi stating, 'I pity Shivpal, who is merely like a participant listening to Lord Satyanarayana's story, but in the end, it seems he's left distributing digestives to others.'

In response, Shivpal Yadav remarked, 'Wise Chief Minister, after Lord Satyanarayana’s story, it is sacred offerings that are given, not digestives. Labeling the sacred offering as a digestive insults scores of devotees. As for being the person eating digestives, you should know this person has helped many digest their problems.'

Simultaneously, SP President Akhilesh Yadav aimed at BJP, claiming they now call offerings digestives. 'Sometimes they explain reversed math of forty-six and fifty-six; everything for them is upside-down, hence this time the public is ready to overturn them,' said Akhilesh.

Akhilesh added that the public is prepared to teach BJP a lesson, the first lecture is done, the second will be tomorrow, and by the final stage, people will have completely rehabilitated them.
