Rajasthan: Fake IAS Arrested, Swindled Lakhs on Job Promises

In Gangapur City, Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan, a fraudster posing as a fake IAS officer has been arrested. The accused conned people by masquerading as IAS and IPS officers. Police are questioning the suspect.

In the Gangapur City of Sawai Madhopur district, Rajasthan, a cunning conman has been taken into custody by the local police. According to Gangapur City police, the accused has executed several scams. This criminal deceived people by pretending to be a fake IAS and IPS officer, collecting hefty sums from them. The police are currently interrogating him for more information.

As per the details, the accused, Ramsingh Meena, a resident of Narayanpur Tatwada, was arrested by the Gangapur City Sadar Police. Police reported that the accused has been involved in numerous fraud cases. Among his possessions, authorities seized a bike, eight mobile phones, 60 SIM cards, an illegal country-made pistol, and two live cartridges.

The suspect tried to escape police custody but was unsuccessful. In his attempt to flee, he sustained injuries and was admitted to Gangapur City's hospital, where he is undergoing treatment. Gangapur City Sadar Police Station Officer Kailash Chand Meena stated that the accused defrauded many under the pretense of securing jobs, extracting lakhs from them. Police anticipate revealing more of his fraudulent acts through further questioning.
