If he had gone to Sangeeta's house with the revolver to kill the children, then when the police caught Sajid from the house, why was the revolver not recovered from him?

The grandmother of the deceased children, Munni Devi said, "I saw Sajid standing with a blood-stained knife. Then I closed the gate from outside. Until the police team arrived and caught him. When he was sitting with the police team, I hit him with slippers 3-4 times. Police took him away. During this time, Sajid and Javed were both present. Sajid was on top, Javed was down."
