On Thursday night, Pakistan attempted to target Indian residential areas and military bases with missiles and drones. Under the mistaken belief they could act under the cover of darkness, they launched weapons but received a response they will not forget.

Pakistan's missiles, intended to cause harm, failed like damp Diwali firecrackers. Our Indian defense system intercepted and destroyed the missile in mid-air, scattering it like dust. Last night, our air defense didn't just dismantle Pakistan's missile attack but shattered their misconceptions entirely.

Meanwhile, this morning in Bathinda, Punjab, parts of a missile were discovered near Bir Talab's street number 4, close to the shrine. An announcement was made at the Gurudwara Sahib advising people to stay indoors until the missile remnants are defused.

Elsewhere, in Punjab's Hoshiarpur, another missile was located in the mountainous region of Kamahi Devi. Local villagers alerted the authorities, and police have now cordoned off the area, sealing it for safety. Thankfully, no casualties have been reported.

Expert Opinion on Missiles

Defense experts have noted that these are long-range missiles launched from Pakistani JF-17 jets acquired from China. Experts believe Chandigarh or Dharamsala could have been the targets of Pakistan's missiles.

In light of these incidents, security agencies have heightened alert levels across Punjab's border regions. As tensions between India and Pakistan persist, intelligence agencies are investigating whether the drone or missile was deliberately sent by a hostile nation.

'Pakistan Shall Remember Our Strikes for Ages,' Say Defense Experts

The local administration has urged citizens to avoid rumors and promptly report any suspicious objects to the police or military. Our forces remain on high alert, closely monitoring the situation.

The Air Force remarked about yesterday's operation, stating our country's air defense remains our protective umbrella. Pakistan carried out multiple missile and drone attacks over Jammu, Jaisalmer, and Punjab, but our systems swiftly neutralized them, demonstrating their resilience.

Air Force officials further explained, 'Our air defense has thwarted these attacks. We employed CUAS, Pechora, SAMAR, and AD guns to respond to Pakistan. Our robust air defense wall secured civilian safety, ensuring constant vigilance and providing a balanced response to every challenge from Pakistan. We stand ready to tackle any threat head-on.'
