Head coach Amol Muzumdar was the first to speak during this meeting with the Prime Minister. "We've been committed to this goal for two years, sir... The determination and hard work these girls have put in is remarkable. Throughout every practice session, the team exhibited unmatched intensity. The energy they’ve brought to the field is unparalleled, and their commitment has truly paid off," Muzumdar remarked.

After Muzumdar’s remarks, Harmanpreet Kaur spoke to PM Modi. "Back in 2017, when we met you, we didn’t have the trophy. This time, the trophy we’ve labored over for years is in our hands. Your encouragement has doubled our joy. Our aim is to meet you more often in the future," Kaur shared.

Subsequently, PM Modi responded, "What you've accomplished is indeed remarkable. Cricket is more than a game; it’s become an integral part of our lives. When cricket triumphs, India feels triumphant. And yet, if cricket takes a stumble, the nation feels the tremor. Losing three matches drew some criticism, but your perseverance shines through." During the discussion, PM Modi also engaged with individuals like Deepti Sharma, Amanjot Kaur, Kranti Gaur, and Jemimah Rodrigues on their personal performances.
