The political scene is already stirred with Delhi's Chief Minister Atishi's move to a new government bungalow. Delhi BJP has accused that the government bungalow where Atishi intends to stay hasn't been fully handed over to the PWD, making it inappropriate for the Chief Minister to reside there under current circumstances.

The BJP alleges that former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has not completely vacated his bungalow. The party claims Kejriwal staged a drama with a video release, asserting the bungalow keys should have gone to PWD officer Vijay Kumar but were instead given to Special Secretary Pravesh Ranjan Jha of the CM office, who then retrieved them a few hours later.

BJP Releases PWD's Letter

In a significant revelation, BJP has released a letter from the PWD, with an exclusive copy held by Aaj Tak India Today. The letter states the process of vacating 6 Flag Staff Road remains incomplete. Additionally, it mentions an ongoing vigilance investigation regarding the bungalow's construction, and it cannot be allocated until the completion of all documentation processes.

Who is Vijay Kumar?

Vijay Kumar is the camp officer at the PWD department of the Delhi government, responsible for overseeing the Chief Minister's residence. He informed Special Secretary Pravesh Ranjan Jha by letter that the keys to the Chief Minister's residence have not been handed over. Moreover, a vigilance inquiry is ongoing concerning this government bungalow's construction. Despite this controversy, Delhi's Chief Minister Atishi has shifted with her belongings to the official residence located at 6 Flag Staff Road.
