During the program, Kharge became emotional while addressing the crowd about the soldiers who were martyred in a terrorist attack. He said emotionally, 'As long as Prime Minister Narendra Modi is in power and the BJP rules the country, I will neither sit quietly nor die.'

During the speech, he felt uneasy for a while but quickly regained his composure. He then launched a scathing attack on the BJP government's policies.

In his address, Kharge criticized the central government, saying, 'These people (central government) never wanted to hold elections. If they had, they could have done it within a year or two. The BJP wanted to run a remote-controlled government through the Lieutenant Governor...

He added, 'PM Modi has given nothing to the youth of India in the last 10 years. Can you trust someone who can't bring prosperity in that time? If any BJP leader comes before you, ask them if they brought prosperity...'
