Following the incident, MLA Chetan Anand filed a complaint at the Phulwarisharif police station. According to reports, Dr. Ayushi also submitted an application alleging that AIIMS guards mistreated and assaulted them.

City SP West, Bhanu Pratap Singh, stated, 'An application from MLA's relative, Dr. Ayushi, alleges mistreatment and scuffle by AIIMS security guards with the MLA and their supporters. Additionally, an application from the AIIMS administration accuses the MLA's group of rule violations and unauthorized entry. The applications from both parties will be investigated thoroughly, and appropriate legal action will be taken.'
