Following Operation Sindhur, the rattled Pakistani army launched multiple attacks along the international border. Despite Pakistan's planned infiltration from the Amritsar sector on the night of May 9-10, the BSF valiantly thwarted the attempt. Though a ceasefire agreement exists between the two nations, the situation remained tense, particularly at the Amritsar border post, which bore the brunt of the assaults. A field team from Aaj Tak arrived to assess the situation on the ground.

BSF soldiers recounted that under the cover of darkness during the night of May 9-10, Pakistani Rangers attempted to slip into Indian territory. They fired shots to create chaos, hoping terrorists could exploit the confusion to enter India. Yet, the brave BSF soldiers crushed Pakistan's schemes. Through Operation Sindhur, BSF not only halted the infiltration but also inflicted significant damage on Pakistani posts, spreading a wave of national pride throughout India. This operation epitomizes India's military competence and unwavering resolve to counter any hostile act.

Pakistan's Missile Attack Thwarted

The gravity of the situation intensified when Pakistan reportedly launched a series of cross-border missiles to escalate tensions. India's air defense systems promptly neutralized these threats, ensuring no damage or casualties within Indian territory. The remnants of the neutralized missiles, now showcased by the BSF, stand testament to Pakistan's failed aggressions and India’s robust defense preparedness.

BSF soldiers, including valiant women soldiers stationed at the border, expressed their unwavering commitment to national security. 'Guarding the nation is our duty, and we’ll fulfill it at all costs,' asserted one soldier, reflecting their vigilance against any Pakistani ploys. At the Amritsar post, a stationed woman soldier recounted, 'When Pakistan attacked on the night of May 9-10, our immediate retaliatory actions dismantled their plans due to our unity and exemplary training.'
