In a significant accusation against India, Pakistan has alleged that the Indian intelligence agency was behind two suicide bombings on Friday. These blasts have tragically increased the death toll to 65. One of these incidents occurred near a mosque in Mastung district, Balochistan, where an assailant detonated explosives near a police vehicle. A large crowd had gathered here to participate in a procession celebrating Prophet Muhammad's birthday.

Hours later, another explosion rocked a mosque in the city of Hangu, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, killing at least 5 individuals. In the capital of Balochistan, Quetta, Pakistan's Interior Minister Sarfaraz Bugti asserted that India's Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) was implicated in the suicide attack.

Accusation on RAW

The minister stated, 'Civilian, military, and all other institutions will jointly act against those linked to the Mastung suicide bombing. RAW is involved in this deadly assault.' Following these events, a police report has been filed to commence the investigation, which includes DNA analysis of the suicide bomber.

The catastrophic suicide explosion near Madina Mosque, Mastung, resulted in 60 fatalities, with over 60 others injured. Meanwhile, five people lost their lives in the Hangu bomb attack, which targeted a police station mosque, causing the roof to collapse and injuring 12 others.

No Responsibility Claimed

On Saturday, Dawn, citing an Anti-Terrorism Department (CTD) statement, reported that a First Information Report had been filed against an unidentified attacker on charges of murder and terrorism crimes. No group has accepted responsibility for the assaults, and the banned Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), notorious for previous suicide attacks, has denied involvement. The CTD mentioned that the inquiry is ongoing, with no arrests yet. Meanwhile, Balochistan's interim government declared three days of mourning in response to the attack.
