A Reddit user, shubhfaldu87, shared a post detailing the incident. The user stated, 'Found a PS4 in the PS5 box! Filed a complaint with customer support, but the return failed, and no one came for the pickup.'
The user mentioned, 'This has happened twice. Should we expect this from Amazon? Has anyone else faced a similar issue this year?’ The user also shared some photos regarding the incident, posting three photos on Reddit.

The user also shared a screenshot from the Amazon app, showcasing a return request. According to the screenshot, a return request was made on October 8. A pickup attempt on October 9 failed due to the return package not being ready.
