The Chief Minister of Bihar, Nitish Kumar, is at the center of a viral video sweeping social media, where he is seen attending a public event. During the national anthem, he repeatedly interrupted the Chief Secretary, Deepak Kumar, trying to converse with him.

Despite Nitish Kumar's persistent gestures, Deepak Kumar appeared visibly uncomfortable, signaling him to be cautious and stand attentively. However, Kumar continued his interruptions.

The Viral Video Draws Opposition's Attack

Throughout the playing of the national anthem, Nitish Kumar was seen glancing around and even greeted the audience with folded hands before the anthem concluded. His actions have now become a focal point for the opposition.

RJD Supremo Lalu Prasad took to Twitter, criticizing the incident by stating, "Insult to the national anthem, India will not tolerate. Bihar residents, is there anything left?"

Meanwhile, Tejashwi Yadav also criticized Nitish Kumar's behavior, accusing him of being mentally unstable. He remarked, "At the very least, please do not insult the national anthem, honorable Chief Minister. You already disrespect the youth, students, women, and elders daily. Sometimes you mock Mahatma Gandhi's martyrdom on his death anniversary with applause, and now the national anthem!"

Tejashwi further wrote, "PS: Let me remind you that you are the Chief Minister of a large state. Even for a few seconds, you cannot remain mentally and physically stable, and your state of unawareness in this position is extremely concerning for the state. Please do not repeatedly humiliate Bihar like this."
