Lalu worked only for his family's benefit: CM

The news agency reports that Kumar, speaking at a campaign rally in Saharsa in the Supaul Lok Sabha constituency, declared that prior to his assumption of power in 2005, the state experienced no progress. He said, 'He (Lalu) worked merely for his family—his wife, sons, and daughters were his priority. He held power... then promoted his sons, and now he's advancing his daughters. In contrast, we serve everyone. For me, the entire Bihar is my family.'

'People couldn't even step outside during RJD's tenure'

Nitish Kumar claimed that during RJD's regime, people in Bihar were confined to their homes. He accused them, 'People tend to forget the past, hence I must remind everyone that before 2005, during their tenure, there were no developmental activities in Bihar. People couldn't go out, there were no roads or education. Communal clashes were commonplace.'

Recognition granted to Madrasas during my tenure: CM Nitish Kumar

CM Nitish Kumar added, 'During my tenure, Madrasas in the state received recognition. We have so far ensured the construction of boundary walls for eight thousand graveyards. Almost one thousand additional graveyards are also marked for boundary installations.'

All work happened during my governance: Nitish Kumar

Nitish Kumar, while taking aim at former Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav, stated, 'He talks nonsense. Here in Bihar, all developmental work was done during my administration. They had no role in providing employment in Bihar. Before 2005, his parents' government lasted for 15 years. Was any work done at that time?' The Chief Minister also conducted a roadshow in Madhepura to support the NDA candidate.

In response to Nitish Kumar's remarks, RJD spokesperson Mrityunjay Tiwari said that the continuous personal attacks by the Chief Minister indicate that the NDA is losing all 40 seats in Bihar.
