Despite a stampede, the New Delhi Railway Station remains out of control. On Saturday night, chaos ensued, and massive crowds continued to fill the station on Sunday. The scenes at the Bihar-bound Sampark Kranti train were noticeably hectic, with doors inaccessible, compelling passengers to leap through emergency windows.
In the photos, it's clearly visible how the platform swelled as soon as the train arrived. Reports indicate an overwhelming number of unreserved and waiting list ticket holders. During this time, people jostled, and passengers were seen tossing luggage through sleeper coach emergency windows and scrambling to board.
