Expected Cut-off for NEET UG 2025

The NEET UG 2025 cut-off comes in two forms: the qualifying cut-off, which is the minimum score required to participate in the counseling process, and the admission cut-off, the final rank needed to gain admission to a specific medical college. Here's a look at the expected cut-offs for this year:

  • General Category: 720-162 marks (50th percentile)

  • OBC/SC/ST: 161-127 marks (40th percentile)

  • General-PH: 161-144 marks (45th percentile)

  • SC/ST/OBC-PH: 143-127 marks (40th percentile)

Compared to last year (2024), the cut-off is expected to decrease by 40-50 marks due to the increased difficulty level of the exam and a drop in the number of candidates. According to experts, the All India Quota (AIQ) cut-off is likely to be between 530-560 marks, while top institutes like AIIMS Delhi may have a cut-off ranging between 660-670 marks.
