Method:

1. To make 'Sabudana Khichdi', first, soak 1 cup of sabudana for one to one and a half hours. Ensure there's enough water for the sabudana to be fully submerged.

3. Now, take a pan and heat the clarified butter. Once slightly warmed, add cashews, almonds, and fox nuts. Fry until they turn light golden brown, then set them aside.
