The Delhi Police Special Cell has apprehended Abhinav Verma, aka 'Boxer,' a crafty criminal, from the area of Vikaspuri. According to police, Abhinav was an operative for jailed kingpins like Lawrence Bishnoi and Kala Jathedi.
Last year on December 18, a shooting incident rocked Kirti Nagar. It was later uncovered to be an intimidation tactic against a businessman. National-level boxer turned gang enforcer Abhinav Verma executed this chilling event.
Abhinav Verma's rap sheet is a grim read, with multiple cases of murder, attempted murder, and gun violence garning headlines. The police, upon uncovering his involvement, intensified their manhunt, finally pinning him down just as he readied for another malevolent act. Operational intelligence led law enforcement to intercept Verma in Vikaspuri before he could rendezvous with an accomplice.
In Verma's possession were sophisticated firearms, including three pistols and a revolver, along with 12 live rounds. The police are currently interrogating the miscreant, aiming to unveil how he was being commanded from behind prison walls.
