The initial phase of voting in the national parliamentary elections has concluded, sparking intensified campaign efforts for the upcoming phase. In a mere two days (April 26), the second phase of voting will take place. This will include elections in 12 states and union territories, spanning 88 parliamentary seats, as well as the remaining areas of the Outer Manipur parliamentary constituency.

On Friday (April 26), voting will occur for all 20 seats in Kerala, 14 in Karnataka, 13 in Rajasthan, 8 each in Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra, 7 in Madhya Pradesh, 5 each in Assam and Bihar, 3 each in West Bengal and Chhattisgarh, 1 in Tripura, and both Lok Sabha seats in Jammu & Kashmir. Political leaders from various parties are addressing rallies across the country to charm the electorate.
