Soldier Heading Back After Leave
The victim, Kapil, a soldier based in Srinagar and a part of Operation Sindoor, was completing his leave and heading to Delhi Airport to catch his flight back to duty. His father, who lodged a complaint at Sarurpur police station, explained that their village is entitled to toll exemptions, but instead of granting it, the toll staff resorted to misconduct, spiraling into the violent incident.
