All political parties are gearing up for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. The Samajwadi Party in UP is declaring its candidates. The RLD also announced two candidates, yet BJP and Congress are yet to reveal theirs. Rumors suggest BSP might play a Brahmin card in Ayodhya.

Pundits predict BSP's supremo could nominate Sachchidanand Pandey Sachin as the Ayodhya candidate. Sachin has recently resigned from BJP. On March 13th, he quit from BJP's primary membership, sparking speculation that he might run on a BSP ticket in Ayodhya.

Pandey has recently resigned from BJP's primary membership

In his resignation to BJP, Pandey expressed suffocation within the party, prompting his departure from primary membership.

In his letter to the Ambedkarnagar district president, Pandey wrote, "I have served as a dedicated worker, but the BJP of the past and present has changed significantly. Instead of empowering activists, the party now favors wealthy and imported personalities."

He continued, "The party's maxim of 'together with all, development for all, trust of all' has become an empty phrase. In reality, there's neither the implementation of this policy nor its impact in the ideology. This negligence has left various community sectors including Dalits, backwards, minorities, and the general class dismayed. The forthcoming Lok Sabha elections will reflect the party's oversight."
