Political parties have intensified their campaigning to secure victory in the Maharashtra Assembly elections. As part of their efforts, leaders are taking jabs at and cornering opposition parties. Amidst all this, even Dawood has now made an entrance into the elections. In a rally held in Nagpur, Maharashtra Congress President Nana Patole took aim at the BJP.
Patole remarked that the BJP is currently under the sway of religious politics, and if Dawood were to align with them for power, they would be ready to accommodate. Patole insisted that the BJP should inform the public about Nawab Malik, emphasizing that the very person who had ties with Dawood and whom they imprisoned for 17 months is now being fielded as their candidate. They discuss the divide and conquer approach.
Earlier Remarks by Patole on Fadnavis
Previously, Maharashtra Congress President Nana Patole had made remarks on Fadnavis. Speaking in Akola, he declared that the time has come for the BJP to be shown its place, asserting that it’s time to remove BJP from Maharashtra. He accused the party of coming to power with a bundle of lies and now it's the moment to debunk them. Further, he conveyed that BJP members consider themselves divine, their arrogance has grown, and even those in Delhi regard themselves as global teachers. It's time to curb their power arrogance and put them in their place.
Nana Patole also accused the BJP of spreading falsehoods regarding the Constitution spoken about by Rahul Gandhi and the topic of reservations for Muslims. In a rally supporting his party candidate Sajid Khan Pathan in Akola, Patole claimed that BJP’s ideology is deeply rooted in ancient texts, accusing them of intentionally keeping people poor so certain groups can continue to dominate.
