Abhay Singh, famously known as 'IIT Baba' at the Maha Kumbh in Prayagraj, is once again in the spotlight. The reason — a video of him crying has gone viral. In the video, he becomes emotional while speaking and bursts into tears. Abhay remarks, 'I don't like the 'IIT Baba' tag. I don't want popularity. It's time to end the 'IIT Baba' story, as I left behind all illusions and attachments, yet people continue associating them with me. They're linking my name with IIT and calling me Baba.'

With tears in his eyes and a choked voice, Abhay Singh continues, 'I never believed in showcasing. My family would tell people I'm from IIT, but I never said it. Before becoming famous, I was in Prayagraj, sitting anywhere, talking, eating, drinking, and no one noticed me. But now, it's all become difficult.'

Abhay desires to meditate peacefully without attracting attention. 'I just want peace. Only the tranquil lord knows how peace will be found at the Maha Kumbh,' he says.
