Young Man Murdered in Broad Daylight in Kanpur for Sister's Court Testimony

In an audacious act of violence, a young man in Kanpur was killed by a group of miscreants for refusing to stop his sister from testifying against them in court. The court hearing was scheduled for September 24, concerning an old case. The miscreants had warned the young man to ensure that his sister refrains from testifying against them. However, upon his refusal, the enraged miscreants dragged him out of his house and brutally beat him to death.

Following the family's complaint, the police have registered a case against five individuals and have initiated a manhunt to apprehend the accused. As of now, no arrests have been made.

According to sources, the miscreants arrived at the young man's house in broad daylight, demanding him to stop his sister from testifying in court. When he resisted, they dragged him outside and assaulted him with rods and sticks, resulting in his untimely death. The audacity of this crime has left the entire neighborhood in a state of shock.

The Testimony Was Scheduled for September 24

The victim's sister was supposed to testify in court against the miscreants in an attempted murder case involving her brother, scheduled for September 24. As a result, the aggressors stormed into their house to coerce him into preventing his sister from testifying. Defiantly, when he refused, they dragged him out and mercilessly beat him to death.

According to reports, the accused have had a history of violence with the victim, having attempted to kill him a year ago. The victim's sister traveled from Hyderabad to Kanpur to provide testimony against Vivek, Vikram, and their associates from Mahadev Nagar. Presently, the police have intensified their efforts to capture the accused, assuring that they will bring those involved in the murder to justice soon.
