In a significant breakthrough, Jaipur police have nabbed three crooks involved in the heinous crime of abducting property dealers and demanding hefty ransoms. This gang specifically targets real estate professionals, engaging in kidnappings to extort money. The trio was apprehended by the Shiprapath police station team, with reports suggesting they have previously kidnapped seven property dealers.
Details reveal that the three accused recently surveilled a property dealer’s movements, intercepting his car and assaulting him before whisking him away in their vehicle. Their past crimes show a series of over six abductions. Among the captured individuals are Harsahay Gurjar aka Ravi, Sunil Singh, and Mahendra Singh aka Goli. Nonetheless, the main perpetrator is still at large, with a manhunt underway.

Jaipur South Deputy Commissioner of Police Digant Anand stated that complainant Amit Kumar reported an incident on November 7. Around 1 a.m., returning to his home from Meera Marg Mansarovar via cab, Amit was intercepted by a vehicle that forced his cab to stop. Subsequently, a group of 4-6 men dragged Amit out and forcibly took him to their car.
They confiscated three mobile phones, wallet, watch, and cash, before confining him on an isolated apartment's rooftop—demanding a staggering 5 million rupees ransom. However, Amit managed to escape during an opportune moment.

Due to the gravity of the situation, police swiftly reviewed CCTV footage from the crime scene. The investigation identified the suspects and their vehicle, aided by CCTV images. Based on Amit’s clues about suspicious mobile numbers, the culprits were arrested.
Interrogations revealed that Rajendra Chaudhary orchestrates these abductions, partnering with fellow criminals. Rajendra identifies affluent property dealers in Jaipur and other locales, and after thorough planning, executes the kidnappings. The victims are taken to his flat, assaulted, and released only after paying a hefty ransom.
