Air Assault with 60 Fighter Jets, F-14 Downed
The IDF reported that, based on precise intelligence, around 60 fighter jets were used to strike deep within Iranian territory. An Israeli Air Force plane engaged three Iranian military F-14 fighter jets. This operation targeted the central region of Iran.
The Israeli military disclosed that they attacked a nuclear research facility located in Iran’s Isfahan province, resulting in the death of three senior Iranian commanders. Israel stated that this mission aimed to dismantle Iran's nuclear capabilities.
Post-attack, plumes of smoke were seen rising from a mountainous area in Isfahan, confirmed as a centrifuge production site by the province’s Deputy Governor for Security Affairs, Akbar Salehi. The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) also verified this strike.

Meanwhile, Iranian Foreign Minister Araghchi indicated during an Organization of Islamic Cooperation meeting in Turkey that any dialogue with the U.S. is not feasible amidst Israeli attacks.
