According to media reports, Anjana completed her initial education at St. Mary's Central School Poojappura. She later graduated with a BSc in Mathematics from HHMSPB NSS College for Women, Neeramankara, Thiruvananthapuram. Inspired during her 12th grade, she aspired to be an IPS officer and started preparing for UPSC after graduation. Various reports indicate that Malayalam literature was her optional subject for the UPSC, which she conducted in the English medium.
Achieving a commendable 355 rank in UPSC
Anjali Krishna hails from the captivating state of Kerala. She successfully passed the UPSC exam in 2022. As a part of the 2022-23 UPSC Civil Services batch, she is currently posted as a Police Deputy Superintendent (DSP) at Karmala, Solapur. Anjana's mother works as a typist in court, and her father runs a cotton business. Remarkably, Anjana has also interned as a news reporter for a leading Malayalam daily.
