In a shocking incident, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta was assaulted during a public hearing, leaving her with a head injury. The Delhi Police have confirmed the attack and informed the Home Ministry. The assailant has been identified as Rajesh Bhai Khimji Bhai Sakaria, a 41-year-old resident of Rajkot, Gujarat, who is known to be an animal lover. According to sources, the man's family member is currently incarcerated, prompting him to present a plea for release. The case is currently under judicial consideration. In an effort to gather more information about the individual, the Delhi Police have reached out to their counterparts in Gujarat, and his identity card has been issued accordingly.
