In Kota's Mahaveer Nagar police jurisdiction, authorities have uncovered the heinous murder of a minor girl, whose throat was cut just 24 hours ago. A minor sister-in-law has been detained, and her lover has been arrested. The sister-in-law, in collaboration with her lover Raju, slit the throat of her sleeping minor sister-in-law and bludgeoned her head with a hammer.
After the incident, the sister-in-law concocted an alibi of being asleep to conceal evidence and retreated to her room. Police are currently attempting to recover the knife and hammer used during the murder.
The emotional interrogation broke the sister-in-law, who confessed to planning the murder with her lover, Raju. Authorities successfully tracked down the suspect, Raju Lal alias Raju Prajapati, from Mandalgarh district, who has a prior criminal record for assault.
The sister-in-law exposed that the village knew the lovers and strongly opposed the ongoing marriage discussions, which could've revealed the affair to her husband and his family, leading to the sinister murder plot.
