The troubles continue to mount for the relatives of Nawab Singh Yadav, the former block chief who is currently imprisoned in Kannauj, UP, for a case of minor rape. The administration of Tirva Tehsil has issued a notice regarding a segment of cold storage built on community land, giving a one-week warning to vacate, with the threat of forcible eviction.

Located in Balanapur village under the jurisdiction of Thathiya Police Station in Tirva Tehsil, the cold storage operates under the name Banke Bihari. It is owned by Arvind, son of Rajaram. The notice has been plastered by the administration on this cold storage.

The notice states that plot number 29/0.045 is recorded as barren land, which is government property. The cold storage boundary wall has been built illegally on this plot of land. Therefore, a notice is being issued to vacate the land within 7 days, failing which, the land will be forcibly vacated.

What did the SDM say about the entire matter?

Regarding this issue, Tirva SDM Ashok Kumar, stated in a phone call that Arvind, son of Rajaram, owns the Shree Banke Bihari Cold Storage, which has occupied 450 square meters of government land for its construction. The notice issued gives them 7 days to vacate the illegal possession. Furthermore, he confirmed that this cold storage is indeed linked to Nawab Singh Yadav's relative.
