Dr. ST Hasan, a Samajwadi Party MP from Moradabad, contends the uncertainty of Mukhtar Ansari's death being natural or a case of political murder. He stresses that the Supreme Court's sitting judge should supervise the investigation, which will bring about absolute transparency. The MP expresses trust and respect for the Supreme Court and insists that a retired judge must not lead the inquiry.

In addition, Dr. ST Hasan asserts that the ongoing autopsy of Mukhtar Ansari should be conducted in a laboratory beyond the jurisdiction of Uttar Pradesh, eliminating doubts concerning his potential poisoning. Notably, the influential figure Mukhtar Ansari passed away on Thursday night at the Rani Durgavati Hospital. Mukhtar Ansari, incarcerated in Banda Jail, was brought to the medical college at around 8:30 PM as his health deteriorated, where a team of 9 doctors gathered for his treatment, but he could not be saved.

Whether Natural or Political Assassination, the Supreme Court Must Investigate

The family of Mukhtar Ansari, detained in Banda Jail, is raising suspicions about his death. His son and brother allege that he was administered 'slow poison.' Meanwhile, in Barabanki Court, an application has been submitted to file an FIR against the Banda Jail administration. Mukhtar's lawyer has provided a written plea to the court, suggesting a lawsuit based on 'the dying declaration' of Mukhtar.

Application Submitted to File FIR Against Jail Administration

Mukhtar's lawyer, Randhir Singh Suman, reveals that the plea given in the MP-MLA Court, considered as 'the dying declaration,' has called for lodging a lawsuit. The judge has reserved the decision, setting the next hearing date to April 4th.
