A significant crime has surfaced in Haryana's Nuh district. Unidentified assailants executed a heist early Saturday morning on the Firozpur Jhirka-Bivan Road. Utilizing a gas cutter, they broke into an ATM installed within a shop, absconding with 2.4 million rupees. According to the police, this incident occurred at approximately 3:30 AM, with four culprits completing their operation and escaping in a car in merely 5 minutes.
The ATM was installed by Gurugram's CMS Info System Company. Based on a complaint from a company official, it is reported that on Friday around 1 PM, a cash van replenished the ATM with 3.8 million rupees. Due to the holidays on Saturday and Sunday, additional cash was stocked.

During the day, about 1.4 million rupees were withdrawn, leaving behind 2.4 million rupees that the thieves looted. Authorities noted that a security guard is stationed at the ATM booth during the day, but he left after closing the shutter on Friday evening. The ATM also had a small alarm system, which the thieves disabled by cutting its wires.
Early morning, the locals discovered the broken ATM, leading to a gathering at the scene. The police team arrived promptly upon receiving the information. The event is recorded in a nearby CCTV camera. An FIR against unknown assailants has been filed at the Firozpur Jhirka police station, with four teams deployed for investigation. Given the severity of the situation, senior officers are personally overseeing the investigation. The police have assured that the culprits will be apprehended soon.
