In a decisive legislative party meeting, confidence in Nayab Singh Saini has been reaffirmed, as he prepares to take the Chief Ministerial oath on October 17. Reports indicate that ten additional cabinet ministers are set to be sworn in alongside him.
The composition of Haryana's cabinet is anticipated to include 14 legislators, consisting of the Chief Minister and up to 13 cabinet ministers. However, the initial group of ten legislators will be inaugurated alongside the Chief Minister this Thursday. This representation will encompass members from diverse communities such as two Dalits, two Jats, one Brahmin, one Baniya, one Ahir, one Punjabi, and one Khatri.

PM Modi to Attend Oath Ceremony
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, along with Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh, Nitin Gadkari, Manohar Lal Khattar, and several other central ministers, will grace the swearing-in ceremony of the Haryana Council of Ministers on October 17 in Panchkula. Additionally, Chief Ministers from eighteen states, and Deputy Chief Ministers from eight states and one Union Territory, will be present. Following the swearing-in of Nayab Singh Saini, PM Modi will preside over a crucial meeting with NDA leaders and representatives, including Chief Ministers, scheduled from 3 PM to 7 PM at Hotel Lalit on Thursday.

In the presence of Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Nayab Singh Saini has been elected as the leader of the legislative party during a pivotal meeting. Subsequently, he approached the Governor to stake a claim for forming the government. This gathering featured prominent BJP figures including Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Union Minister Manohar Lal Khattar, Union Minister of State Rao Inderjit Singh, and Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav.
BJP Sets New Record
The BJP has achieved a remarkable feat by securing victory for the third consecutive time in Haryana, setting a unique record. No other party has previously accomplished such a consistent electoral success in the state's history. In the recently concluded Assembly elections, the BJP clinched 48 out of 90 seats, while Congress secured 37 seats. Previously, the BJP won 47 seats in 2014 and 40 seats in 2019.
