In Gujarat's Patan district, a devastating road accident on Diwali has emerged as a tragic incident. The collision between a mini truck and an Alto car happened near Ramgarh in Chanasma tehsil, leading to the untimely demise of four members from a single family. This unfortunate event occurred in the afternoon on Diwali day. The family was traveling from Karadi to Vada village when the collision on Chanasma Harij Highway resulted in their death. Upon receiving the information, the police promptly arrived at the scene and commenced further investigations.

The police reported that the family was en route from Karadi to Banaskantha. Tragically, the husband, wife, son, and daughter in the Alto car lost their lives. Meanwhile, an individual aboard the mini truck sustained injuries, alongside another person who happened to be on the road. The injured were transported to Dhanpur Medical Hospital in Patan for treatment.
The individuals who tragically lost their lives in the accident are identified as Shambhuji Jumanji Thakor (38), Ashaben Shambhuji Thakor (37), Priya Shambhuji Thakor (11), and Vihant Shambhuji Thakor (8).
