In a tragic incident in Etawah district of Uttar Pradesh, a groom took his own life just before his wedding night. Merely hours after the bride's sendoff and arrival at his home, he was found hanging from a noose. This dreadful discovery sent shockwaves through the family. The police arrived at the scene, took custody of the body, and sent it for an autopsy. Currently, the investigation is underway to understand the motive behind his suicide, and questioning of relatives is in progress.
The incident is from Etawah's Usrahar police station area, where the younger son of a retired army man, Satyendra, was married off in grandeur on the 2nd of July. The wedding concluded with traditional splendor, and on July 3rd at 2:00 PM, the bride was bid farewell, and everyone returned home.
While happiness permeated the house with post-wedding ceremonies underway, and an evening DJ program planned by the groom's friends, the festivities shattered when it was discovered that Satyendra had hung himself on the second floor of the home.
