France has developed a new suicide drone, strikingly similar to Iran's Shahed-238, equipped with a jet engine. It has successfully completed its third flight test phase. This drone can swiftly approach its target at speeds of up to 400 kilometers per hour and detonates catastrophically upon impact.

Swift and deadly, it covers 50 kilometers in just 16 minutes. The drone is armed with armor-piercing warheads, capable of decimating armored vehicles like tanks or BMPs. Moreover, it can be utilized for surveillance and espionage missions, its presence in the sky almost undetectable.

Its jamming-resistant technology makes it elusive to radar detection, ensuring uninterrupted communication and flight. After mission completion, the drone returns to base, capable of vertical landing, hence, requiring no runway.

John Marc Giuliani, CEO of EOS Technology, stated that the drone employs state-of-the-art cyber jamming technology, rendering all types of jammers ineffective and defeating the need for GPS to reach a target. The French government has granted approval for the technology.

Over the next year, the company aims to enhance the drone's capabilities by equipping it with explosive warheads of about 2-3 kilograms, making it a formidable tool against ground troops. Incorporating metric precision technology ensures pinpoint accuracy in strikes.

Operators can remotely control the drone from up to 80 kilometers away. With its optronic technologies, the drone can execute attacks on moving targets up to 15 kilometers in daylight and three kilometers at night. A single drone comes at the cost of approximately 2 lakh euros, translating to around 1.79 crore rupees.
