'Run, the police are here...' Woman Shouts from Veranda as Men Flee, Sex Racket Unveiled in Firozabad

The Firozabad Linepar Police have uncovered a sex racket in the Azad Nagar area. During a raid, two women and two men were apprehended in the act. Police revealed that the main accused, a woman, was operating this illicit business from her home.

According to reports, Station House Officer Ramit Kumar Arya received a tip-off about prostitution activities in a house at Azad Nagar. There’s a school nearby the house where this operation was active. When the police raided the home, it caused quite a stir.

Attempt to Flee in a Compromising State

As police entered the house, a woman in the veranda started screaming, 'Run, the police are here!' In response, two young men attempted to flee while in a compromising situation. However, police successfully captured them after a brief chase. Meanwhile, another woman exiting the room was detained by female police officers.

During the raid, the police captured the racketeer's operator along with 4800 rupees found in her possession. Another woman involved hailed from the Rasulapur area and was brought here for prostitution. In addition, two men were also apprehended.

Operators Charged Customers 300 Rupees Each

Upon interrogation, the operator admitted to keeping the woman with her and charging clients substantial sums. She took 300 rupees from each customer caught on the premises. The second woman involved explained her compulsion to engage in such activities due to pressing circumstances.

Addressing this issue, CO City Firozabad Praveen Tiwari stated that the four detainees are being charged under the Suppression of Immoral Traffic in Women and Girls Act and BNPS Section 296. Such illegal activities will not be tolerated in the area, and similar actions will continue in the future.
