In the past days, a harrowing video emerged from Gaur City 14th Avenue in Greater Noida West, specifically from the Bisrakh police station area. It showed a child picking up a puppy and throwing it into a parking basement, resulting in its death. Following this, an FIR has been lodged against the child based on a complaint from an NGO.
Surbhi Rawat from the NGO People for Animals (PFA) stated in her complaint to the police that a boy, approximately 10 years old, living in the high-rise tower was responsible for the act. Someone captured this incident on video, which then went viral. Observing the video clip suggests there was an individual nearby during the incident.

The child continued with the act despite the puppy's cries, and no one stopped him from throwing it. Thus, there is a demand to present the child before the juvenile court and examine his mental state to understand his attitude and emotions towards helpless animals.
Furthermore, it is mentioned that in the same society, a few days ago, a man deliberately ran over a puppy with his car. Another puppy was found dead under suspicious circumstances, possibly poisoned. These incidents highlight disturbing patterns requiring urgent attention. Harming animals sets dangerous precedents with potentially tragic consequences.
