A shocking video from the Muzaffarpur toll plaza in Bihar has gone viral on social media. In the video, which dates back to April 24th, an irate thug in a car points a pistol at the toll worker and threatens to kill him over a toll tax dispute before driving away nonchalantly. The incident has instilled fear among the toll plaza workers.
Om Pratap Singh, manager at the toll plaza, narrated the sequence of events when a Hyundai driver arrived and toll worker Neeraj Kumar Gupta requested the toll fee. The driver refused to pay and engaged Gupta in a verbal altercation before withdrawing a pistol and threatening his life, all of which was recorded by the nearby CCTV camera.

The viral CCTV footage shows a car pulling up to the toll plaza. The toll worker approaches the driver to collect the toll fee. This leads to the young man exiting the vehicle and, pulling a pistol from his waistband, pointing it at the toll worker’s chest and then fleeing after issuing threats.
Police initiate investigation following the victim's complaint
In light of the incident, the Gay Ghat police station chief, Purushottam Yadav explained that a written complaint had been filed. The CCTV footage of the event is now being thoroughly investigated.
