A tragic incident unfolded late Friday night at Delhi's Kalkaji Temple, where 35-year-old servitor Yogendra Singh succumbed to injuries from a ferocious beating. Authorities reported the altercation arose over 'Chunni Prasad'. Severely injured, Yogendra was rushed to AIIMS Trauma Center but succumbed during treatment. Former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has raised inquiries regarding this incident.

In a statement, Kejriwal questioned, "Did these miscreants hesitate even a moment before mercilessly killing the servitor inside Kalkaji Temple? What can this be termed other than a law and order failure? The four engines driving BJP in Delhi have created a scenario where such incidents occur even within temple premises. Is anyone in Delhi truly safe?"
