This system (depression) has weakened and moved away from the Delhi region. As the system (depression) shifts, the monsoon trough will also move away from Delhi. The weakening system's cyclonic circulation is now situated over northwestern Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, causing the monsoon trough to move northward towards western UP and the foothills of Uttarakhand.

Despite the calmer weather, the rain from last night has left considerable moisture in the air, causing clouds to persist over the capital and nearby regions. Light rain may occur in Haryana, eastern Gujarat, Telangana, coastal Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Lakshadweep, Sikkim, sub-Himalayan West Bengal, and northeastern India.
