A minor girl had gone missing from Delhi about a year and a half ago. Her family had lodged a kidnapping complaint at the police station. Since then, the police were putting in considerable efforts to locate the girl. Finally, the Delhi police have successfully reunited the girl with her family. She was found in Amethi, Uttar Pradesh.
This case originated from the Maidan Garhi area of Delhi. On February 23, 2019, the girl's relatives reported her kidnapping to the Maidan Garhi police station. They claimed their 14-year-old girl had suddenly vanished from home.

Following the complaint, the Delhi police started their investigation. A year went by, followed by another six months. Despite the prolonged period, the family's hope remained intact. The police team also continued their diligent search efforts.
Eventually, the hard work of the Delhi police bore fruit. They successfully recovered the girl from Amethi, Uttar Pradesh, and reunited her with her family. The family is overjoyed to have their daughter back and praised the police for their commendable work.
