In Sikkim, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Odisha, Southern Chhattisgarh, Telangana, Coastal Karnataka, Central Maharashtra, Kerala, and Lakshadweep, light to moderate rain is likely. Similarly, various parts of Jharkhand, Vidarbha, Madhya Pradesh, Southern Gujarat, and Bihar might experience light rains.

According to Skymet, the southwest monsoon retreat line passes through Ferozepur, Sirsa, Churu, Ajmer, Mount Abu, Deesa, and Surendranagar. The line passes through Junagadh, at a latitude of 21 degrees north and longitude of 70 degrees east. Favorable conditions for the southwest monsoon withdrawal are establishing in parts of Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit-Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, and Himachal Pradesh over the next 2-3 days. Additionally, a trough line extends from the Comorin area to South Coastal Karnataka.
