Criminals unleashed a volley of bullets at a car showroom located in the Naraina Police Station area of South West Delhi. Police reports indicate that approximately 20 rounds were fired. Following the shooting, the assailants left a note demanding ransom. The note stated 'BHAU GANG, SINCE-2020'. The incident has created an atmosphere of fear in the locality. Upon receiving the information, police arrived at the scene and commenced an investigation.
It is suspected that shooters affiliated with Himanshu Bhau in Portugal orchestrated this incident. Reports suggest that the criminals demanded approximately 50 million rupees in extortion.
Criminals Fired 20 Rounds at the Car Showroom
The attack took place at the Car Street car showroom, located on Naraina Road. The Narayana Police Station is situated a short distance from the showroom. Following the gunfire, chaos ensued. In addition to the police, teams from the Special Cell and the Crime Branch also arrived at the scene. No casualties have been reported in this incident.
Regarding this incident, the police indicate that initial investigations point towards a case of extortion. It is suspected that gangsters might be involved. Currently, the matter is under investigation and efforts are being made to gather comprehensive information about the incident.
Suspected Himanshu Bhau Gang Involvement in the Shooting
It is noteworthy that a few months ago, a similar incident occurred at a car showroom in Tilak Nagar, where multiple rounds were fired. That shooting was attributed to henchmen of Himanshu Bhau based in Portugal. A few days ago, unidentified attackers fired indiscriminately outside a gym in the posh area of Greater Kailash, Delhi. The gym owner, identified as Nadir Shah, succumbed to his injuries in that incident.
